Screencap of YouTube video. As you may recall, back in 2020 in the midst of the George Floyd riots, radical leftists in Seattle took over part of the city and named it the CHOP Zone. It was an island of lawlessness in the city and the mayor at the time allowed it to go on unchecked for weeks. At one point in the chaos, a young man was killed in the zone and emergency officials had trouble reaching the victim. His family sued the city and they just won their case.
