As readers of the Gateway Pundit know, there have been multiple disturbing recent cases of people who work in healthcare saying things on social media that are horrifying. A nurse from VCU Health in Virginia was just dismissed from her job after encouraging people to poison and/or drug ICE agents. We saw a similar thing happen after the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
