The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on Friday that it is terminating Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for immigrants from Yemen, citing improvements in the country’s conditions.  Temporary Protected Status for Yemen was last extended by the Biden administration and former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on September 4, 2024, through March 3, 2026.
