A young boy who allegedly murdered his adoptive father in January over a Nintendo Switch was in court on Thursday in handcuffs. Clayton Dietz, 11 years old, is facing charges as an adult for criminal homicide. He allegedly shot his father while he was asleep on January 13th, which was the child’s birthday. The family lived in Duncannon, Pennsylvania, which is north of Harrisburg. Dietz was in the custody of probation officers as he was heading to the Perry County courthouse for his hearing on Thursday.
