Boat off in the distance via Grok   The Cuban Embassy in the U.S. has announced that four passengers of a U.S.-registered speedboat were shot and killed by members of the Cuban Border Guard. It is unclear if American citizens were aboard the vessel. According to a press release from the Cuban Embassy, a Florida-registered speedboat was traveling 1 nautical mile northeast of the El Pino channel when it was approached by border guards from the Ministry of the Interior for violating speed limits.
