The foreign semi-truck driver who couldn’t even read basic road signs was spotted barreling down Highway 61 north of Troy, Missouri, driving the wrong way on Wednesday. A driver who was nearly struck by the semi-truck driver captured footage of the ‘foreign invader’ driving southbound on the northbound. “This foreign invader was driving southbound in the northbound lane for about 3 miles.
