Joe Biden on Friday delivered his classic slurred speech at a Democratic Party event in South Carolina, where he started yelling jibberish about Trump’s State of the Union. Biden took a jab at Trump’s speech, the longest State of the Union in history, at 1 hour and 48 minutes long. “Did you see Trump give the State of– Union yest– last night? Is he still talking?” Biden asked the crowd like a confused old man trying to make a joke to his grandchildren. “It’s unbelievable!
