An angry federal judge on Monday evening ordered three attorneys running the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Jersey to testify about how the office’s leadership structure operates after a judge ruled the DOJ illegally appointed them following Alina Habba’s forced resignation. During a separate hearing on whether to delay the sentencing of a person who pleaded guilty to child porn charges, US District Court Judge Zahid Quraishi, a Biden appointee, ordered the three attorneys to testify.
