NASA and the Russian Roscosmos are celebrating the successful docking of the ‘Progress’ cargo spacecraft to the International Space Station. The docking had to be performed manually by cosmonaut Sergey Kud-Sverchkov after a glitch prevented an antenna from fully deploying. The Soyuz rocket was successfully launched on Sunday (22) from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, after around three months of repairs due to an accident in late 2025.
