This comes as President Trump says he is close to a deal with Iran and that the war could be over “soon.” Trump on Sunday said Iran is “agreeing with us” on his 15-point plan and that some oil is being allowed to flow through the Strait of Hormuz, which Iran closed to shipping after Operation Epic Fury began. “It’s really a new regime.
