According to a report in Campus Reform, “Federal officials are investigating whether top medical schools are complying with a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that prohibits the use of race in admissions decisions.” Specifically Stanford, Ohio and University of California San Diego are under investigation by the Department of Justice. The investigation of these schools is in relation to the Supreme Court decision in ‘Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, which held that race-conscious admissions programs at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina violated the Equal Protection Clause.” Its now enforcement time for this Supreme Court ruling!
