The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday cleared the path for the dismissal of contempt-of-Congress charges against former Trump White House strategist Steve Bannon. Bannon was tormented by the radical left, communists, and deep state actors who targeted thousands of Trump supporters and conservatives following the 2020 stolen election. Bannon refused to honor a subpoena from the sham committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack and later served a four-month sentence. The wildly popular political firebrand served four months behind bars for contempt of Congress after refusing to testify before the House committee investigating the January 6 Capitol protest.
