Annette Donnell (Boldridge) Williams, 84, of Kansas City, Missouri, formerly of Lexington, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025, at Kansas City Hospice House surrounded by her family. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, August 8, 2025, at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Lexington, Missouri. Memorials are suggested to 2nd Baptist Church of Lexington. Annette was born on April 13, 1941, in Lexington, Missouri to Donald Lewis and Audrey Fern (Boldridge) Smith. After receiving her degree, Annette went on to run Annette’s Hair Salon, where she touched the lives of many with her talent and warmth. Annette left a huge legacy. Her proudest achievements were seen in the joyful moments spent with her loved ones, as well as in the legacy of love and resilience she instilled in them. She had a deep appreciation for life’s simple pleasures, often found enjoying her favorite soap operas or engaging in spirited card games with those she held dear. Annette is survived by one child, Tyrone Allen of Richmond, MO; three grandchildren, Wamen Williams of FL, Sequoia (Cory) Payne of Copperas Cove, TX, Tyisha Allen of Kansas City, MO; many great grandchildren, two sisters, Penny Ward Bledsoe of Kansas City, MO and Tennie (Alfred) Hamilton of Allen, TX; one brother, Emmanuel Mason of Lexington, MO; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Along with both her parents, Annette was preceded in death by three children, Tonia Allen, Sonya Willaims, and baby Randy; one grandchild, Tyleen Hamilton, and one brother, Leo Edwards.
