Carolynn Kay (Bryant) Smith, 77, of Lexington, Missouri passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Carolynn was born on February 7, 1948, in Butler, Missouri to Louis C. Bryant and Zelda P. (Stewart) Chastain. Carolynn spent the majority of her working life tending and care for the home. On November 5, 1976, Carolynn was united in marriage to Lloyd R. Smith in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death. Carolynn was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Along with spending every moment with her family, Carolynn enjoyed going on camping trips, playing card games with loved ones, and loved watching wrestling.
Carolynn is survived by two children, Deborah Mizell of Lexington, MO and Thomas (Tina) Blackman of Lexington, MO; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Marie Blackman; her sister friend, SueAnn Mizell, and many other relatives, and friends.
Carolynn was preceded in death by both her parents and husband.
