Tabitha Ann Burnett, 48, of Kansas City, MO, died Monday, November 17, 2025, at her home.
A prayer service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Fr. Francis Doyle officiating. No visitation will be held. Memorials are suggested to family choice and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com
Born September 28, 1977, in Nevada, MO, she was the daughter of William Mark Kennedy of Lincoln, MO, and Catherine Elizabeth Toalson Ocon of Benson, AZ. She was a lifelong Chief fan and an avid fisherman. Tabitha will be remembered for her love for life.
Tabitha is survived by her partner, Kristy “KK” Wade of the home; her father, Mark; her mother, Catherine; three siblings: Brian Roy (Robin) of Springfield, MO; Damien R. Kennedy of Lincoln, MO, and Theresa Elaine Haynes (Stacey) of Slater, MO; she is also survived by: Mikinzie, William, Nathan, Maddie, Hannah, Bailey, Kadence and Leyton; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many lifelong friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosemary Elaine Kennedy on February 15, 2024, and her brother, David Todd Kennedy on July 7, 2022.
