Randall (Randy) D. Brandt, 72, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at The Living Center in Marshall, MO. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sweet Springs with Pastor Mark Nebel officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at the church. Memorials are suggested to Immanuel Lutheran Church, and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com Born February 5, 1953, in Sweet Springs, he was the son of the late Raymond Brandt and Betty Reith Brandt. He attended R-1 elementary school and was a graduate of Sweet Springs High School. He attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg and studied agriculture. Randy married Janet Aiken on June 28, 1975. They recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. He was a lifelong farmer. He served on several boards and committees including the Emma Coop Elevator and served as a church elder at Immanuel Lutheran. He also served as president of Sweet Springs FFA and as a state FFA officer. In addition to his wife, Janet, Randy is survived by his two daughters and their spouses, Sarah and Blake DeBray, Kathleen and Russell Muffoletto; two grandchildren, Owen and Adrianna DeBray; one brother, Robert Brandt and wife Karen. He had an especially close bond with his three nephews, Kelly, Steve, and Chris Brandt. In addition to his parents, Betty and Raymond, Randy was proceeded in death by one sister, Donna Brandt.
