Sue (Millsap) White, 84, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Liberty Hospital, Liberty Missouri.
Sue was born and raised in Camden, Missouri, to Thomas P. and Dora A. Millsap. Sue was the oldest of four children and had three younger brothers; Larry, Dwight and Mike who predeceased her.
Sue lived in Richmond most of her adult life and built long lasting friendships in the community. She worked in the floral industry for many years and enjoyed working at the Ray County Library. Sue was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi social sorority for 43 years and formed a cherished bond with her girlfriends who enjoyed traveling together.
Sue is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bruce E. White; her son, Ted White of Richmond and her daughter, Kathryn Mehan of Philadelphia. She is also survived by two grandchildren; Gavin White and Alexa Mehan and Austin Pettiecord (predeceased) Kristen Rogers and one great-granddaughter, Marlee Rayn Pettiecord. In addition, she is survived by many loved nieces and nephews.
