James “Jimmy Joe” Arthur Collins, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Meyer Care Center.
He enjoyed helping at Smitty’s Drive-in, spending time and having fun at the Hab Center, and working in the kitchen at the Lutheran school.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 2:00p.m. at the Higginsville City Cemetery. A celebration of Jimmy’s life will follow in the Gathering Room a Meyer Care Center.
