In a fiery rebuke from the Supreme Court bench on Thursday, U.S. Solicitor General John Sauer denounced the “judicial insurrection” against President Trump’s second-term agenda. Sauer highlighted that federal judges have issued 40 nationwide injunctions since January, effectively stalling key executive actions, including the administration’s controversial order to end birthright citizenship for children born to non-citizen parents.
