Darlene Estell Williams, 59 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO surrounded by her loving family.

A Graveside service for immediate family will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 14, 2025, at Lexington Memory Gardens Cemetery. A Celebration Of Life will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the V.F.W. in Lexington, MO at 3:00 p.m. for all to attend. Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Cambri Williams for a charity to be chosen at a later date. Darlene was born on October 2, 1966, in Lexington, MO to Louis “Bill” and Helen “Stell” (Talbert) Williams. She graduated in 1985 from Lexington High School in Lexington, MO. Darlene was baptized at Second Baptist Church in Lexington. She was currently employed with Spectrum in Kansas City, MO as a Customer Service Representative. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Darlene enjoyed playing bingo, walking, watching Lifetime movies, listening to gospel music, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Darlene is survived by three children, Cambri Williams, James Harker, III (Amber), and Shanté Williams, all of Lexington, MO; six grandchildren, Jayden Harker, Ja’Son Taylor, Aiyana Harker, Re’Bekah Harker, Te’Von Harker, and Nastasia Williams; a sister, Marie “Angie” Williams of Lexington, MO; three brothers, Gary (Connie) Williams, Keith (Christy) Williams, Derek (Christie) Williams, all of Lexington, MO; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by two brothers, Louis Wayne Williams and Donald Williams; three nephews, Louis “Tone” Williams, Jason “J-Roc” Williams and Austin “Bone” Williams.
