The Smoking Gun reported on Tuesday that a male cook employed at a Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Olive Garden decided to kill himself for unknown reasons on January 30 at the restaurant. The Smoking Gun obtained audio from the Lycoming County fire and EMS service, which explained in two separate dispatches exactly how the cook killed himself.
