Gregory Keith “Greg” Milliron, age 74, of Marshall, MO, died Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Boone Hospital in Columbia, surrounded by his family.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2026, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall with William W. Harlow and Rev. Mark Gooden officiating. No visitation will be held. Born December 2, 1951, in Kansas City, MO, Greg was the son of the late Clarence and Kent Milliron. He earned the distinguished honor of Eagle Scout on April 2, 1967. He graduated in 1969 from Center High School, then attended Central Missouri State University, where he was a member of the Delta Chi fraternity. He earned his pilot’s license on November 28, 1969. On June 3, 1989, he married Kristin S. Kaul.
Greg worked as a firefighter in Warrensburg, a police officer in Marshall, and a detective with the Katy Railroad. He was also a truck driver for Gencom, Inc. of Marshall and Potter Trucking of Boonville, as well as a sales manager with O’Reilly Auto Parts in Boonville, Columbia and Marshall. Greg enjoyed camping, fishing, tying flies and shooting guns, but mostly spending time with his family. He was a proud husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Greg is survived by his wife, Kris, of the home; his children: Dawn Milliron of Salisbury, MO, Jason Milliron (Kate Tipton) of Greenwood, MO, Lucas Milliron of Liberty, MO, and Kelsea (Jake) Dillon of Marshall; and six grandchildren: Keely, Caleb, Halei, Waylen, Gunner and Kaleesi.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
