A 24-year-old Indian illegal alien, identified by police as Atharva Vyas, is accused of attacking a mother and attempting to bite her 3-year-old daughter’s face during a random assault at Espada Park in San Antonio, Texas, on April 18, 2026. According to San Antonio police and the child’s mother, Gabriella Perez, Vyas allegedly emerged from a wooded area, grabbed Perez by the hair, punched her in the jaw and caused her to drop her daughter before turning on the toddler.
