A newly resurfaced recording of a damning phone call has revealed that Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass was warned about the potential for the dangerous and destructive wildfires that swept through southern California more than a year ago. She had all of this information before she left the country for a trip to Ghana. She went anyway. It’s just another reminder of how incompetent Bass is as a mayor.
