Joyce E. Haley, 74, of Marshall, MO, died Saturday, May 16, 2026, at The Living Center in Marshall.

Born December 24, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Charles Ira Riley and Dorothy Maxine Nichols Riley. Joyce lived in Saline County most of her life and was a 1969 graduate of Marshall High School. On August 8, 1969, she married Edwin E. Haley Sr. who survives of the home. Joyce worked in medical records at Fitzgibbon Hospital for over 20 years and later retired from Marshall Habilitation Center. Joyce loved people which led her to giving in-home care for those in need. She had attended Open Door Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Ed; she is survived by three children: Edwin “Eugene” Haley Jr. (Aurora), Regina O’Donnell (Randall), and Chrissy Haley, all of Marshall; five grandchildren: Cassondra Haley, Tara Stollings (Nathan), Felicia Peters (Sam), Tiffany O’Donnell, and Darrick Johnson; eight great-grandchildren: Jayden Stollings, Braiden Welch, Aubrey Yokeley, Zander Yokeley, Kaison Case, Jaxson Stollings, Arthur Peters, and Kingston Haley; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Miller (Terry) of Malta Bend; a brother-in-law, Clyde Haley (Nanette) of Malta Bend; and their families, as well as other extended family.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Carolyn Sue Riley Fischer.
