The Daily Mail has obtained publicly available photos proving that Rep. Gabe Vasquez (D-NM) once had a very expensive pretend wedding in Mexico and went through several hoops to showcase the ‘legitimacy’ of the union. He even listed his supposed fiancée, Maria Fatima Batres, on his official paperwork while serving as a city councilman. But there’s just one problem: the whole thing was a pretend event.
