General Andrei Mordvichev was the head of Russian ‘Center’ forces, responsible for the conquests of Mariupul and Avdeevka. While the peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine are still showing a lot of promise, the war continues unabated – top Russian negotiator Medinsky quoted famed French General Napoleon to say that ‘Wars & negotiations take place at same time’.
