The families are suing the school district following an incident in the boys’ locker room and a transgender biological female using the male-only space. The two boys, who attend Stone Bridge High School in Loudoun County, were issued a 10-day suspension and deemed guilty of Title IX “sexual harassment” for complaining about the girl in their locker room.
