A criminal illegal alien from Serbia and Montenegro plowed a semi-truck into oncoming traffic and killed an Indiana man last week. Borko Stankovic, who has been living illegally in the U.S. since his visa expired in 2011, was driving without a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) when he caused the fatal head-on collision. Stankovic swerved his big rig into the path of a Subaru Crosstrek, instantly killing the driver, Jeffrey Eberly, at the scene. Stankovic has a history of violating U.S. laws, including a previous arrest in Long Island, New York, for resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. He now faces charges of reckless homicide and criminal recklessness. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has lodged an immigration detainer against him at the Porter County Jail…
