A psyop could be blurring the limits between empty reports and hostile action. The thing with Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) is that they were (and are) secret human crafts used as a psyops on populations around the globe. The Black Vault group obtained access to CIA UFO docs from a FOIA request, and I had the opportunity to study them in detail. Walter B.
