(Screenshot: PBS News) People in New York City who are looking forward to the city-owned grocery stores promised by the new democratic socialist (communist) Mayor Zohran Mamdani are going to be waiting for quite a while. Not only is the first new store going to cost upwards of $30 million in tax dollars, it’s not going to be ready until 2029. Just think of how many people are going to get in on that grift over the course of the next three years.
