One thing that everyone seems to agree on is that the Swalwell scandal was one of those ‘open secrets; in Washington that everyone knew about but no one mentioned in polite company. If you’re a Democrat, people will do that as long as you are helpful to the cause. One of the things everyone is trying to figure out now is exactly who knew what and when.
