Conservative Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas are not planning to retire this year amid speculation that Trump could appoint at least one more justice to the high court. Fox News reported that Alito, a George W. Bush nominee, is not expected to step down from the bench. CBS News later reported that Clarence Thomas is not planning on retiring this year either.
