He did leave a manifesto, which offers some insight, but in a recent interview, a former FBI profiler named Jim Clemente offered his take on the psychology behind Cole Allen’s actions. It’s an interesting take and considering that Clemente was one of the people who helped solve the DC Sniper case in 2002, he clearly has some expertise in this area.
