Andrew Dezelan Credit: Hamilton County Jail A Democrat State Senate candidate in Indiana was busted by police after apparently being unable to keep his nose clean while campaigning. As WTHR reported, The Fishers Police Department received a call on April 26 regarding a man who was soliciting a neighborhood in the 13000 block of Ravenswood Trail, around 8 p.m. Once police officers arrived, they found 39-year-old Andrew Dezelan in his vehicle at the neighborhood’s clubhouse. When officers asked Dezelan why he was in the neighborhood, he could not provide a clear answer. But he did say he received permission from HOA board member.
