Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy lit up a Senate hearing Tuesday in a blistering exchange with Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), turning what Democrats hoped would be an ethics ambush into a full-blown counterattack over the senator’s own campaign funding.
