Newly-released dashcam footage shows troubled singer Britney Spears arguing with California Highway Patrol officers before she was arrested for driving under the influence earlier this year. Britney Spears was officially charged with a misdemeanor last month in connection with a DUI she got in March. Britney Spears recently checked into rehab for drugs and alcohol after she was arrested for DUI in Southern California.
