Donald George Charles Fangman, 83, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at The Living Center in Marshall, MO. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 4, 2025, at Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs with William W. Harlow officiating. No visitation will be held. Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. An online guestbook may be signed at www.campbell-lewis.com Born on February 21, 1942, in Emma, MO, Donnie was the son of the late Lloyd Fangman and Leona (Meyer) Fangman. Donnie spent most of his life in the rural Sweet Springs area, and he was a 1960 graduate of Concordia High School. He was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Emma. He worked at the Emma Creamery (Mid America Dairyman) in production, was a Sweet Springs Police Officer, a route driver for Ed Woolett Vending Company, and a cashier at the Marshall Junction Break Time. Survivors include one brother, Kenneth Fangman (Marilyn) of Sweet Springs; two sisters, Margaret Looney (Larry) of Sweet Springs and Carol Smith of Blue Springs, MO; and nieces, nephews and extended family members. Donnie was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, Gene; brother, Larry Wayne Fangman; and sister, Donna Fangman.
