Paul Arthur Williams, age 72, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Livingston Manor Care Center, Chillicothe, Missouri.
Paul was born the son of William Reed and Mary Lou (Stach) Williams on June 25, 1953, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a 1972 graduate of Westport High School.
Paul was a welder and painter with General Motors until he retired. He was a member of the Lutheran Church and was an Eagle Scout. Paul enjoyed farming and gardening, and could fix or build just about anything. He loved to tell stories and make people laugh.
Paul was survived by his daughter, Jennifer McLin of Chillicothe, Missouri; his sister, Rebecca Stephens and husband, Paul, of De Soto, Kansas; niece and nephews, Zach Stephens, Gabby Stephens and Andrew Stephens of De Soto, Kansas; and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents; several aunts and uncles; and son-in-law, Michael McLin.
Funeral services will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Brassfield Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Online condolences may be made to www.lindleyfuneralhome.com.
