Tressa Marie (Barker) Glazier, 45 of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, in Odessa, MO surrounded by her loving family.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 3, 2025, at Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Cobb Cemetery in rural Odessa, MO. Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Cathy Mais for a charity to be chosen at a later date. Tressa was born on January 30, 1980, in Kansas City, MO to James and Cathy (Miller) Barker. She graduated in 1998 from Lafayette County C-1 High School in Higginsville, MO. While attending school Tressa was very active in Softball, and still holds records set for high school softball. On September 16, 2017, Tressa was united in marriage to Joey Lynn Glazier in Knob Noster, MO. She always had a passion for helping others, for many years Tressa worked for the Odessa R-7 School District as a Paraprofessional and with the SOAR program. Tressa was currently working for Summit Behavioral Health in Lee’s Summit, MO as a Registered Behavioral Technician with autistic children. Tressa was a Past Vice President of the Wrestling Booster Club, Past President of the Football Booster Club, and active with the Little League Football Program. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Tressa was an avid sports fan and enjoyed gardening.
Tressa is survived by her loving husband, Joey Glazier; two sons, Alex Agcopra of Pleasant Hill, MO and Ayden Agcopra of Odessa, MO; her mother, Cathy Mais of Corder, MO; her father and step-mother, James and Stacy Barker of Odessa, MO; a sister, Martha (Keith) Randall of Corder, MO; father and mother in-law, Grover and Marge Glazier of Knob Noster, MO and many relatives and friends.
Tressa was preceded in death by her stepfather, Danny Mais; maternal grandparents, Gary and Catherine Miller; and her paternal grandparents, Bonnie and Everleigh Markam, and Henry Barker.
