June Ragland, 79, of Marshall, MO, died Saturday, May 2, 2026, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Burial will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Jim the Wonder Dog Museum, and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com
Born February 4, 1947, in Buffalo, MO, she was the daughter of the late Edgel Nicholson and Helen Bailey Nicholson. On October 1, 1966, she married David A. Ragland who preceded her in death on December 2, 2011. June lived in Marshall most of her life where she was a seamstress and cook. She enjoyed collecting pyrex, working in her garden, and appreciated the Jim the Wonder Dog Museum.
June is survived by one son, Doug Ragland of Columbia; one grandson, Samuel Ragland; daughter-in-law, Lidia Ragland of Marshall; four siblings: Rhonda Tindle of Humansville, Charles Nicholson of Buffalo, Terri Arnold of Malta Bend, and Leslie Mincks of Bolivar; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, David H. Ragland; and numerous siblings.
