Ivan David Smith – age 66 of Grain Valley, Missouri passed away Wednesday morning, August 26, 2026 at his home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Lathrop Cemetery in care of the funeral home. A service celebrating David’s life will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, August 31, 2026, at Lathrop Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from one-hour prior to the service at the church.
