As WTHR reported, The Fishers Police Department received a call on April 26 regarding a man who was soliciting a neighborhood in the 13000 block of Ravenswood Trail, around 8 p.m. Once police officers arrived, they found 39-year-old Andrew Dezelan in his vehicle at the neighborhood’s clubhouse.
