President Trump congratulated Rick Jackson on his win in the Republican gubernatorial primary against Trump-Endorsed Georgia Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones and signaled his support for Jackson in the November election. Though he did not make a formal endorsement. Trump credited Jackson’s victory to aligning himself with Trump and said he “can’t wait” for Jackson to win in November. Jackson, a billionaire health care executive, won in a close race with Lt. Gov. Jones. RINO Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger also ran in the primary, but he wasn’t even a contender.
