Todd Wayne Baxter, 57 of Holden, Missouri died on Monday, June 22, 2026, at his home in Holden. He was born Monday, February 24, 1969 in North Kansas City, Missouri, and was the son of the late Ronald Baxter and Patricia (Mahoney) Bigham.

Todd worked most of his life in the wrecking industry as a tow truck driver. Lately he had been helping his nephew Tim, in lawncare. Todd enjoyed fast cars, hot rods, and drag racing; anything fast, Todd had an interest. He loved his pets and always had a soft spot in his heart for dogs. Todd’s friends were amazed when their very own dogs would run past them to go sit by Todd. Some called him the dog whisperer because dogs were just drawn to him. Todd especially loved being with his own dog, Ace.

Surviving are his mother, Patricia Bigham and step father, Duard “Snuff” Bigham of Kingsville, MO; son, Johnathan Temple, daughter, Miranda (Michael) Gooch, brother, Joseph Baxter of Buckner, MO, sister, Patricia Ann Baxter of Holden; 3 grandchildren; nephews, Tim (Deana) Nash, Christopher Baxter; niece, Crystal (Kristian Korn) Snow; and his beloved dog, Ace. He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Baxter.
