Senator Bill Cassidy (LA) joined the Democrats after he lost his primary on Saturday amid Trump’s RINO revenge tour. GOP Senators Collins and Paul also joined the Democrats. Three GOP Senators – Cornyn, Tuberville and Tillis did not vote.
