An illegal alien living in Knoxville, was arrested back in late March for the hit-and-run death of an elderly pedestrian in Sevierville. ICE recently identified the man as an illegal alien, who had many driving violations, including a DUI, driving without a license, lack of proof of insurance, felony reckless endangerment, and evading arrest. Enrique Estrada-Martinez, 34, is accused of a hit and run, which led to the death of Henry Smith, a 73-year-old pedestrian from Kentucky. Estrada-Martinez was driving a Ford van and fled the scene without contacting authorities. He also did not have a driver’s license. Sevierville Police Department said that Estrada-Martinez was located in Knoxville and was arrested with the assistance of the Knoxville Police Department and Homeland Security.
