In a major win for Second Amendment rights, the Supreme Court has sided with three Hawaii residents, overturning a law that barred concealed-carry permitholders from exercising their rights in public.  All three liberal justices dissented in the 6-3 ruling. Per The Hill: Hawaii enacted the measure, known as Act 52, in the wake of the Supreme Court’s Second Amendment expansion. Act 52 requires concealed carry permitholders to get explicit permission from a property owner, either verbally, in writing or via a “clear and conspicuous” sign, before carrying handguns on private property that is open to the public.
