In March 2021, The Gateway Pundit began reporting on articles that referenced or relied on VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) data in reguard to the COVID vaccine deaths and injuries. Since that time, The Gateway Pundit has published over 100 articles on the COVID VAERS numbers. The heaviest number of articles were published in 2021 (especially June–September), with frequent articles tracking weekly VAERS updates on reported deaths, hospitalizations, and adverse events after COVID-19 vaccines.
