California has blown $49 million from its cap-and-trade slush fund to install free solar panels, new refrigerators, windows, and other energy upgrades on the homes of illegal alien farmworkers, all while legal residents, seniors, and veterans face skyrocketing energy bills and waitlists for basic assistance. The program, officially the Farmworker Housing Component of the Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP Farmworker), explicitly welcomes illegal aliens with zero requirement for legal citizenship status.
